Job Description	Our company manufactures "drawn round bars" that have undergone various treatments on steel and are widely used in various fields such as automobiles, industrial machinery, and home appliances. [Career advancement image] ・First year of employment to third year of employment First, you will gain experience in the manufacturing site to deepen your understanding of the products that our company handles. ・Third year of employment to fifth year of employment You will learn a wide range of knowledge related to manufacturing, such as "quality control" to check the quality of products at the manufacturing site and "production management" to confirm the procurement of materials and production schedules. ・Fifth year of employment to tenth year of employment Depending on your hard work, you may be entrusted with a leader position. (There is a possibility that the place of assignment may change for the purpose of career advancement, taking into account the suitability and the employee's wishes.)

Base Salary	University Graduate: 220,000 yen (as of April 2024) High school graduate: 190,000 yen Technical college, junior college, or vocational school graduate：200,000 yen
Allowances	◆ Commuting allowance (paid on actual expenses up to 30,000 yen per month) ◆ Overtime allowance ◆ Position allowance ◆ Meal allowance ◆ Family allowance (spouse: 12,000 yen/child: 5,000 yen) ◆ Housing allowance (5,000-10,000 yen)
